In Nevada, our legislatures sought the need for a living will that the doctors across the state would feel comfortable with honoring. Therefore they drafted a document that is a combination of both Power-of-Attorney for healthcare decisions and a Declarations document (Living Will) this document not only allows someone else to act on your behalf when needed, it also “declares” your right to die.
